1. How do I place an order?
Simply browse our collection, add your desired products to the cart, and proceed to checkout. Follow the steps to complete your payment securely.
2. Can I cancel or modify my order?
If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact us before 2:00 PM (Dubai Time) on the same day the order was placed. Once the order has been processed, changes may not be possible.
3. How will I know my order is confirmed?
You will receive a confirmation email immediately after placing your order.

4. Where do you ship?
We currently ship within the United Arab Emirates (UAE) only.
5. How long does delivery take?
Delivery typically takes 4โ6 business days after processing.
6. Do you charge for shipping?
No. We offer free shipping on all orders within the UAE.
7. What is your order cut-off time?
Orders placed before 2:00 PM (Dubai Time) are processed the same business day (MondayโFriday). Orders placed after this time are processed the next business day.

We accept returns within 10 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.

10. How long does it take to receive a refund?
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are processed within 5โ10 business days to your original payment method.

11. Are your lighting products easy to install?
Most of our wall lamps, ceiling lights, and table lamps are designed for easy installation. However, for ceiling lights and electrical fittings, we recommend professional installation for safety.
12. Do your products come with bulbs included?
Product details will specify whether bulbs are included. Please check the individual product description before purchasing.
13. What if I receive a damaged item?
If your item arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging. We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
